This policy explains how Bible Moments Publisher ("the app"), operated by Alita Automations, handles information when it is connected to a TikTok account.
When the account owner connects TikTok, we receive from TikTok: the account's basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar) and an access token that lets the app post videos to that account. We do not collect information about viewers, followers or any other TikTok users.
The information is used only to upload and publish the Bible Moments channel's own videos to its own TikTok account and to check whether each post was published successfully.
Access tokens are stored on our private server, readable only by the publishing service, and are never shared, sold or used for advertising. Video files are deleted from the server after publishing or kept only as the channel's own archive.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Data is sent only to TikTok, as needed to publish videos.
The account owner can disconnect the app at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (Manage app permissions). After disconnection, we delete the stored tokens within 30 days, or sooner on request.
The app is a publishing tool used by the channel's team. It is not directed to children and does not collect information from them.
